O único ar condicionado do apartamento não funcionava, ou melhor, a tomada onde ele estava ligado não funcionava. Após 1 dia esperando por uma extensão para tentar ligá-lo, entregaram uma de 10A, sendo que precisava ser de 20A. Depois disso ficaram de entregar um adaptador que nunca chegou. Conclusão, ficamos sem ar condicionado, sendo essa a principal característica para ter escolhido esse apartamento. Fora isso o colchão era muito ruim, o banheiro cheio de mofo e o quadro de energia dava medo de olhar (uma portinha de madeira com a parte superior queimada, indicando que em algum momento pegou fogo). A comunicação com a equipe foi rápida para responder, mas não resolveram. A única coisa boa foi a localização.

Localização excelente, comunicação com eles também muito boa, AP pequeno pra poucos dias e poucas pessoas é bem de boa, um dos quartos não tem ar. Quem vai pro rio não fica mt dentro do AP, então pra passear é ideal.
