This was a "tiny house" arrangement. Great amenities, clean, spacious enough for 6 if you need it. Not too far down to town and the grocery story (10 minutes) and not far from Springdale/Zion (<20 minutes). Self check-in with a keycode on the door, so make sure you check that before you get there (if you don't have good cell coverage). No interaction with anyone on "staff" at all. Great value for the price compared to many other places we stayed on our trip. We stayed 2 days, but could easily see staying for a longer period since it felt like being "home".

Our family of 5 had a blast at this property. The place was super clean, modern, spacious and it was better than expected. Would definitely stay again. The place offered us comforto rest and have fun after a day of hiking and exploring Zion park.

Beautiful property. Great customer service at the front desk. Mellissa was very kind and helpful. Tiny home is very nice and clean. There should have been disclosure that the upstairs is roughly 3-4 feet from floor to ceiling. you have to walk on your hands and knees to access the beds and to navigate around the room. This might be ok for kids but we were 5'10" women...the upstairs is not a viable option for most sleeping arrangements and should be disclosed. Your property is beautiful and we would stay again if there was only 1-2 people.

This property was amazing! Super clean, full kitchen with pots, pans and appliances. We are a family of 5 so my son slept on the Queen pull-out. Management very easy to get a hold of. Pool is somewhat small but does the trick when you want to cool off after a long hike. About 15 minutes from Zion. We will Definitely be back!

What a gem! I didn’t realize how amazing this property was going to be but, we were mind blown. For a tiny home- it was so spacious! We had all the amenities that one could ask for in a rental home. The appliances were full sized! The beds were SUPER comfy. We were able to cook a meal with no hassle of worrying about not having what we needed because they had everything- think the basics like pots, pans, china, cookware, silverware, kettle, colanders, oil, vinegar, salt & pepper. The AC worked so well in the summer heat. Also- the pull out queen sofa was the most comfy I ever slept on! Also, Parking was right in front of our property. We were already planning our next trip and we hadn’t even left yet!

The RIV at Zion is unlike any resort and cabin hybrid we’ve ever stayed at. It never feels crowded, and the pool and hot tub overlook the canyons with a perfect view. At night, the stars are so clear you can see the Milky Way. The units are beautifully organized and genuinely luxurious. Ever since staying here, every other vacation spot gets compared to The RIV. That alone should tell you how special it is. Don’t miss out.
