It was a clean and easy hotel in Taormina. The bed was comfy. The only thing I would mention is to bring earplugs as the rooms are right on the road and can be loud from 6am-10pm with traffic. Would stay here again.

Great views!

Newly renovated room across a busy street from the main building. Great view. Super clean. Good location for exploring Taormina. Entry to building is a bit dangerous as there is slim sidewalk to a very busy street. Take the stairs up to the town/cable car instead of walking on road into town. Stairs are to the left of building entry. Great views on the stairs too!

Loved the property. Bathroom was really nice and only up a few stairs. The windows were single glazed and the property is up a small hill so it can be loud at night. If you have ear plugs it’s fine. Otherwise loved the property and the quick responses from reception

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer für drei Nächte gebucht und sind nach einer einzigen Nacht abgereist. In beiden Zimmern fanden wir Kakerlaken – im Bett und auf dem Boden. Dazu kam eine undichte Toilette, aus der Toilettenwasser auf den Badezimmerboden lief, mit entsprechendem Geruch. Im hinteren Bereich des Bades war Schimmel sichtbar. Im Zimmer roch es deutlich nach Gas. Das Fenster war defekt und liess den Strassenlärm ungedämpft durch, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Wir haben die Mängel noch am Anreiseabend mit Fotos und Video schriftlich gemeldet. Es kam nur eine automatische Antwort. Am nächsten Morgen sind wir persönlich zur Rezeption gegangen. Dort wurde uns mitgeteilt, das Haus sei ausgebucht, ein anderes Zimmer stehe nicht zur Verfügung, und man könne nichts tun – wir sollten uns an die Buchungsplattform wenden. Niemand kam, um die Zimmer anzusehen. Spätere Anrufe und Nachrichten blieben unbeantwortet. Der Zustand der Zimmer entsprach in keiner Weise dem, was auf der Buchungsseite dargestellt wird. Aus unserer Sicht ist das Haus in diesem Zustand nicht bewohnbar. Wir können von einer Buchung nur abraten.

A localização do hotel é excelente. O café da manhã é ótimo. Mas nossos quartos ficaram num prédio anexo - não entendemos isso quando fizemos a reserva, não ficou claro. E o local, apesar de ser bem localizado, com quarto excelente, ficou muito barulhento. As janelas poderiam ter proteção contra o som externo.
