The room was nice and convenient to shops and restaurants. The only negative experience was with the bathroom. There was only a tub, no shower. I was there for work and didn’t have time for a bath. Needless to say, getting washed in a tub was a challenge. Also, cleaning staff never replenished the tissues or toilet paper. Other than that, the stay was nice. Would recommend it, but avoid the JR suite if you want a normal shower.

Extremely loud inside my room; I heard people vomiting, screaming, fighting, and honking horns 3 of the 6 nights I was there until about 5AM. The AC was broken. The most significant thing that I am deeply disturbed by is after I checked out, I received a call from reception regarding an item in my trash can and asked if I meant to leave it behind.They went through my TRASH!! That’s very personally violating! The staff was otherwise awesome.

It is a nice hotel, but the pictures look better than in person. The bartenders could be more attentive, but it was overall a good stay. It’s a great location and probably the nicest hotel in the area.
