If there is ZERO i would definitely rate zero. Booked the place way ahead on our travel date. Arrived at this place and no one in the front desk waiting for over 40 mins. Finally someone shows up, a non speaking English we have to use the phone translator. After a long conversation, found out that the room is not even clean. And it’s almost 9pm so I was not happy and asking for a refund. Finally he gave me my refund but when we are ready to leave to find another place to stay he is very persuasive for
Me to return the refund that he gave me. And that moment I had enough…. Please DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. It was not a good experience at all.
