Only issue is there is no ice makers in public spaces. Each room has a freezer with an ice maker. Ours was not working right and only made two trays of ice during our stay. I called the front desk hoping they could have someone look at it but was told there was nothing to be done and they didn’t have anyone to fix it. Wonder what would have happened if a toilet was overflowing?

The hotel was clean, quiet, and near several fast food establishments as well as gas stations. My only negative is that the a/c didnt seem to cool the room as expected. We woke up sweating many times. But other than that this was a nice place too stay.

Your Reservation May Be Worthless Here

When I was about to depart Memphis on my way to the New Orleans area, on the morning of the day we were going to begin our 7 day stay, someone from the hotel called me to inform me that we would not be able to check into the handicap accessible room that I had reserved, because it was not available. This was despite the fact that I had phoned the property the previous week to confirm the booking and the specific room type. I require a walk-in shower. I could have managed a one night stay, but a week? No way. I was forced to find alternative accommodations the first day of a week-long stay in an extremely popular travel destination. The only way it could have been worse is if they hadn't called me and waited until I showed up to check in.
