Fees & policies

Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 29 February, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 5 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 March - 31 October, EUR 2.00 per person, per night, up to 5 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.

Optional extras

• Area shuttle service is offered for an extra charge
• Hosted evening meal costs EUR 51

Children & extra beds

• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport

Pets

• Service animals exempt from fees
• Pet deposit: EUR 198 per stay

Pool, spa, & gym (if applicable)

• Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• The seasonal pool is open from March 12 to November 06
• Guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the spa, and guests under 16 years old are only allowed with adult supervision
• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments and can be made by contacting the property before arrival at the number on the booking confirmation
