Everything was great.. The room was very spacious, the furniture and sheets were clean, the receptionists, security guards, cleaning staff were all very polite and helpful. Right next to the BTS station, not even a 2-minute walk. 7/11 is right at the entrance of the street. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay for me.

Ok stay ,
This wasn’t for me , location was good it was where I wanted to be but the road noise Just got to me being a light sleeper so I left 2days early and moved on , basic room with some maintenance issues , so bedside lights they were just missing , blinds didn’t close all way so you have the street lights and shower was cold . If your after a 1 night stop great but personally I wouldn’t stay much longer

Glad to see they’ve finally addressed some of the cosmetic issues…but the improvements are strictly cosmetic. The hotel needs a serious upgrade; esp. since their prices have gone up and they seem to have switched to a no cancellation/no refund/pay full in advance policy. But the location! Cannot beat the location for access to BTS and dining/massage options

Big Big Big scary creature
I chose this place because of its location, but on the second night, a cockroach the size of my palm appeared on my bed. It was the biggest cockroach I've ever seen in my life. I was so shocked that I called the staff, but they couldn't catch the cockroach that was hiding under the bed. The staff went down to the hotel lobby and didn't come back for 20 minutes. I was so scared of the cockroaches in my room that I was in a panic. In the end, they moved me to two other bigger rooms, but because of this scary experience, I will never ask this hotel again.

Convenient location to nearby shopping area. Breakfast should have different choice daily, stayed 4 nights and seeinv similar dishes, a bit disappointed. Miss the duck noodles they used to serve. Dun like the idea of paying deposit 2k baht in cash upon arrival, used to be payable in credit card previously. Also used to issue 2 access cards per room, but currently cut to 1 card only.

The hotel has a great location! The access to the BTS makes the whole of BKK available to you right at your footsteps. I booked the larger room, and it was worth it. The pool has a treat view. Service is great!

Location is excellent. Right across from Chong Nonsi BTS station. Not too busy area. And a 7/11 right below the hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was vast and satisfying, although for westeners limited options, but for locals and east Asians, quite good. However, as others have stated, internet connection is horrible in the rooms.
