30 May 2026Had a fantastic stay at Jungle House in Downtown Columbus. The loft was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a relaxing atmosphere. The host was responsive and accommodating, and the entire check-in and check-out process was seamless. I would highly recommend Jungle House to anyone visiting Columbus and would gladly stay here again.

23 May 2026Location, location, location! walkable to convention center & great restaurants downtown. The bed was incredibly comfy & the inclusion of 3 levels of firmness of pillows was amazing & very appreciated. Communication from beginning to end was proactive, professional & seamless. Looking forward to return trips. FYI - it’s an original downtown building so stairs to 2nd floor reflect that - just adds to the charm. TV is Google based so be sure to have your logins ready.

3 Jul 2026The apartment was just as pictured and truly lovely. Loved all the brick! Very well laid out floor plan. We would definitely stay here again! While the space itself was awesome, the most impressive thing was the communication with the Jungle House staff. Immediately responsive to questions and concerns. The day we checked in was record level hot at 98 degrees. The air conditioner understandably struggled and the staff had 2 air conditioner units to is within 30 minutes of checkin to provide extra support cooling. This allowed the main unit to catch up and made our entire stay super cool and comfortable! Truly impressive customer service. Highly recommend staying at any one of their prop
erties!

12 May 2026I was confused with the forms that I needed to complete prior to getting the code to get in. But I called the number and the person was so nice and helpful. It was my user error as it was a last-minute booking, and I missed the emails as I was already traveling.
