The hotel and reception was great. But this is the second time i have booked a hotel thru you that say there is a shuttle service to the airport and there was none. They offered to book me a cab. The cab cost me more then the hotel room. Totally bot hapoy about this

Hotel was lovely, but not what was promised
The service at the hotel at check in was wonderful and the lovely lady who was there went above and beyond to make sure that I was settled nicely.
If everything had been as promised, I would have given this hotel 5 stars. But I specifically booked this hotel because their listing on Hotel.com indicated that there was airport transfers to Dusseldorf Airport. Even though I requested specific information on the airport transfers, they did not indicate that it didn't exist until I got there.
There was also no service in the area for UBER, so I paid for a taxi for a longer distance than would have been necessary if I had just selected different hotel closer to the airport.
I also was under the impression that the hotel had a restaurant for dinner - that was not the case.
Overall a nice hotel if you don't expect a ride to the airport.

Das bisher kleinste Hotelzimmer in mehr als zehn Jahren Vertriebsreisen. Im Badezimmer fehlte eine Ablage für den Sanitärbeutel, es gab nur eine winzige Ampulle Seife für Dusche und Waschbecken und auch keinen Zahnputzbecher.

Es fehlt leider ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer,unter den Betten schon lange nicht gewischt worden, im Bad geht der Geruch nach Abfluss nicht mehr weg. Das Frühstück ist akzeptabel allerdings kostet extra. Positiv: eine freundliche Dame an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück

gute Lage. Perfekt für Stadt Erkundungen. Liegt zwar direkt an der Straẞe aber man hört nichts davon,wenn die Fenster zu sind. Das beste ist der Anschluss zur U Bahn. Die ist nämlich direkt vor dem Haus und man kann sogar bis Düsseldorf direkt Fahren. Die Zimmer sind gut und Preis Leistung ist top.

Schöne Unterkunft jedoch mit Abstrichen
Die Unterkunft ist modern gestaltet und in einen allgemeinen guten Zustand. Man muss jedoch damit rechnen ein Zimmer zur Straße zu bekommen. Dies ist dann mit Verkehrslärm, Lärm durch die Straßenbahn und die Einsatzfahrten der naheliegenden Polizeiwache verbunden.
Während des Aufenthalts standen in unseren gemieteten Doppelzimmern nur ein Set Handtücher bereit da die Reinigung diese nicht geliefert hat.
Für einen Tagesausflug ausreichend, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich es nicht empfehlen.

Nicht zu genau hinsehen...
Auf den ersten Blick scheint es ein modern renoviertes Hotel zu sein, doch das Zimmer war klein und laut. Man hört die Strasse und alles aus dem Hausflur. Es fehlt ein Schrank für Kleider und ablegemöglichkeiten im Bad. Überall bauliche Mängel (die Tapete löst sich, die Fussleiste ist locker, im Bad fehlt die glasablage vor dem Spiegel seit über 6 Monaten und Abdeckung auf den Leitungen). Ein dreckiges Handtuch gabs auch noch zur Krönung! Ich würde das nächste Mal nach Alternativen suchen!

Good Wifi and location for my purpose.
The single room smelt of dampness all the time I was there. Problems were evident of dampness from the bathroom walls into the bedroom.
The room and bedding was clean with plenty of clean towels and a good radiator which kept the room warm and comfortable .

Very Disappointing! Not what was advertised.
No curtains. No restaurant. No wifi. No staff after 9pm. No compassion.
The room wasn't ready at the stated check in times which meant I couldn't prepare after my morning of travelling before my meeting.
When I checked in I asked about booking a table in the restaurant and was told "the kitchen staff are on holiday until September?! How is it a hotel & restaurant with no kitchen staff?
I had to cut my stay short for a personal issue. I notified the staff in the afternoon of the first day there and was told I wouldn't have to pay a cancellation charge. The next morning I go to check out and I had to find someone to pay (I should have just walk out!) and was told (by the housekeeper/receptionist) I owed for both nights still and 2 breakfast even though I'd clearly only eaten one, (and it definitely wasn't worth the €9 charge.) I was very tired (after I was woken early by the "house keepers" and the bright light from outside through the voils that were provided as curtains) and upset I didn't want the confrontation so I paid the bill. When I complained about the wifi and the lack of staff after 9pm I was just told "I'm sorry" that doesn't really always fix things. I'm now €49 lighter for a night I didn't stay and at least £10 lighter for the data I had to pay to organise an emergency flight home.

Duisburg Hbf駅から5-6駅ほどU-Bahn（市電）に乗らねばならない（1.6ユーロ）。駅前の閑静な住宅街にあるレストラン兼ホテル。部屋は2階と3階でエレベータ，冷蔵庫はなし。清潔で暖かく，快適ではあるが，近くに商店は見当たらず，飲み物などはDuisburg Hbf駅で調達してからホテルに行かねばならない。朝食は別料金で今回は食べていない。夕食を一度レストランで食べたが，地域の少し高級なレストランという感じで，利用されていた。味と価格は普通。量はドイツでは少ない方だが，日本人には適量。
