Hotel is fine, bed is comfortable, it’s quiet and the restaurant for those eating in the evening is good.
Breakfast however is not great. Poor selection, bad orange juice average coffee little in the way of fruit.

Great value for money
Overall good value for money with an excellent breakfast and be able to chill out by the pool. The location was very good for short visits. The room decor was a bit dated and could have benefitted from AC when days were hot. Would certainly return.

We have stayed at other Fletcher hotels. We like them as they are not like other hotel chains. Some are in beautiful locations. They are family oriented. The ones we have been are not super modern but they are very comfortable and have what we needed, although neither had A/C nor a fridge in the room.

When i visit Lekkerkerk we always like to stay at the Witte Brug, i do think one problem not only me but other customers sometimes have parking issues so if anything would need improvement that would be it.

Hotel in the Dutch countryside
Excellent hotel about 20 minutes' drive from Rotterdam.
Quiet and peaceful area, surrounded by greenery. Free parking. Free Wi-Fi everywhere. Welcoming even at night. Very good breakfast (sweet/savoury) even for early departures (6.30- 10.00 a.m.). Unfortunately the hotel was under renovation and therefore I could not experience some facilities (closed swimming pool, etc.).

Room A-16 had bedbugs. No AC. Nice pool in a small sleepy village. Nice e-bike rental even if they were a bit expensive at 25 euros for a day. Nice bar and restaurant.

Easy free parking and friendly check-in. We were upgraded to an apartment which was a welcome end to our last night in the Netherlands. Continental breakfast was excellent with a varied choice. There was no re-cycling facilities for glass, paper etc as it all went into the same bin, but then the Netherlands as a whole has very little, if any re-cycling facilities.

Good loaction, super friendly staff, pool area was great. Food is good and breakfastbuffet had something for everyone.
Rooms are fine - but if you are a clean-freak, then this is absolutely not the place for you. It is worn and tired, and whoever does the cleaning is super lazy - closet, bed, table - nothing is vacuumed under.

Hotel was lovely staff at evening meal terrible took 2.5 hours to get our meal and bill . Waited 25 minutes to order even though we had a table booked, then 40 mins for food to arrive ,very nice food but not good service . Staff at breakfast we're lovely. Probably wouldn't stay again. Because of service.

Overall very good but could do with some tweets
Overall was very good. Room very clean but found bed too soft. Also not enough coffee or tea bags in room, could only make one (1) cup of each. Could have asked at reception but this shouldn’t be necessary. Breakfast was substantial but lacking in breakfast cereals - the choice would be nice!

I like that it's a small town property which reflects in many ways it is very Urban however we noticed the friendliness in the staff has definitely changed, when we went for breakfast staff seemed rushed, understaffed, food wasn't filled up unless we requested it. These girls have been working there for years ...this time they're definitely was a change. Not quite sure if this is management? if it is, they need to review this as this is reflecting on people's experience and stay. When we did go for dinner which we did three times items were missing and we didn't get them until we were almost done with our dinner also a big problem was made when we came in with a group of 10 and didn't reserve a spot. They made a big deal about it saying most of the dining room was reserved now they had to put an extra table together, as we were done our dinner which was probably an hour and a half later we noticed that none of the reserved tables were filled except one. Definitely felt unwanted.
