2/10 Poor

I was not able to check in. I called to ask where to meet to get keys and access to apartment. The person said the condo was damaged by previous occupants and not available for me to check in. I had to rebook in another hotel last minute. Do not book this location, I believe it is a scam. They will take your money and make excuse that Condo is not available. I booked through hotel.com, hopefully get some compensation back from hotel.com.
