Ótima hospedagem, perto da praia, acomodações confortáveis e funcionais. Tudo limpo, café da manhã no capricho, piscina gostosa e tem uma vista no jardim que fica ótima nas fotos

Bom dia! Fiz minha reserva pela primeira vez vi hotéis.com e na ocasião coloquei 02 adultos e 02 crianças. Ao chegar na pousada haja uma reserva somente para dois adultos, mas os quartos comportavam 4 ou 06 pessoas. Daí tive uma grande dificuldade na recepção onde me ofereceram um triplex ( que vim a descobrir depois que todos os quartos são triplex) e me cobraram além da reserva mais 550,00 como não tinha mais opção de cancelamento acabei aceitando. Para minha supresa o que paguei a mais não foi entregue, pois o quarto adicional não possui ar condicionado e o banheiro é apenas 01 para os dois quartos. Wi-Fi não funciona, quartos escuros, banheiro precisando de reforma. Uma péssima experiência!!!!
