Very nice staff and rooms were excellent. The beds were comfortable but too high for me. They could add more lighting. The hairdryer worked well, microwave and refrigerator were a bonus. I recommend.

I actually didn’t have a chance to stay at the hotel. I was caught up in the weather cancellations in Dallas and when the last flight of the night was cancelled I booked 3 rooms for me and my coworkers. However we found another flight to a nearby city and drove to our destination.
I contacted the hotel the next day and they refunded our rooms due to the circumstances even though the reservations we non refundable. This was really appreciated. I have stayed at a Cambria in other cities and they are great hotels. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

I checked into the hotel around 1 AM on January 26 and checked out at about 8 AM on the same day, having stayed for the night of January 25, during which a significant snowstorm affected much of the U.S. (my flight was canceled, very chaotic). The hotel is new and appeared to be well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and facilities.
However, what truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the reception clerk, whose name I unfortunately do not know. As a foreigner without a working Uber account, I asked him to help me book a taxi for my 8 AM departure to Dallas Airport.
When I arrived at the front desk at 8 AM, he informed me that he had booked an Uber for me. He explained that the previous guest had attempted to book a taxi but experienced issues with reliability, so he opted for Uber instead. We both assumed I could pay the driver with a card (as I have no cash with me) instead of charge his Uber credit card, but when the driver informed me that it was not doable, the clerk quickly said, “Forget it… just go,” and kindly covered the fare for me.
This gesture truly exemplifies outstanding customer service, and I am incredibly grateful for his kindness and support during my stay. Thank you for making my experience so memorable!
