We had an amazing stay. The room was very clean, the AC was a godsend, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was super kind and helpful and even gave us some recommendations on what to do in Florence. Our favorite thing was how close it was to the Baptistery and the Duomo. Literally just a few steps away. Great location, kind staff, clean rooms, super easy check in/out process. They even allowed us to leave our bags there until we left which was so helpful. Could not have asked for a better stay! Will definitely be staying here again if/when we return to Florence!

We really liked staying here! The location was perfect, only a ten minute walk from the train station and right next to the Duomo! Our room was clean and had an air conditioner. We had a private bathroom that was down the hallway which was totally fine with us. It did get a bit loud with the bells and all the people in the square but that was expected and not as bad as we thought it would be. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The location of the Guest house was fantastic. Access is through wooden doors right on the street and it makes you feel like you live in the neighborhood. Amenities are everything you need. We had the basic room with no windows but a nice skylight and powerful AC. Your bathroom is separate but is your own. The hosts were nice and available during the day. We never needed to contact them outside those hours but they seemed very accessible. The bells from the Cathedral in the morning will get your day going!

We enjoyed this location and the view from our room. I highly reccomend paying for the room with the Duomo View and its own bathroom, otherwise you are sharing bathrooms with other guests. Hearing other guests come and go in the hallways was much louder than expected. Staff was great!!
