Gentleman running the front desk was super friendly and great to interact with. Wanted to make sure he got his kudos. We checked in on 02/28/26.
This is not the first time I have stayed at Crystal Beach. The last time I stayed was amazing. Room was super clean and well kept up with. However, I can’t say that for this stay. Room was super musty smelling. The light fixtures in the room were rusted and needed to be fixed. Booked this room for the pullout sofa for extra space. Went to unfold the sofa bed and was appalled at how nasty it was. The drawer to the tv stand was also missing. The owners need to spend the money and replace the mattress and furniture.
