We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were clean and the workers helpful and kind. The only problem I saw was the pool was not cleaned as it should have been every day. I would stress that because of kids being in it. We could see it from our room and that was a drawback. The view to the beach was great and we spent a lot of time on the balcony relaxing and enjoying the view.

One of the worst vacation experiences we've ever had. The room immediately smelled musty and needed to be aired out. The room was not very cleanly prints on headboards and mirrors, dirty floors. Shower door did not close properly so water would pour onto the floor. Almost none of the outlets worked. Something in the room made us terribly sick forcing us to leave early. Don't stay here unless you like mold exposure that will make you sick. They do charge for parking as well. Proximity to beach and boardwalk is the only thing keeping this place open. Another OCMD property destroyed by the Carousel Group.

This was the second time we stayed at Crystal Beach and loved it! We decided to make it the hotel we will always book when in O C! Everyone was nice and helpful. Loved the pool with the bar and food options . Beds were comfortable, room was a good size and bathroom was huge! We didn’t use the second pool on the boardwalk this time but did the last time and it was really nice too. We look forward to staying there again on our next vacation!
