This is an unmanned property. So, there were no people, but check in was easy, the room was faultless and the room had everything (hair dryer, straightener, shampoo/soap/conditioner, washer/dryer with detergent)

The soundproofing from outside wasn't very good. With the heater on, it was warm but dry, and with it off, it was extremely cold. The bathroom had good hot water, but the layout was awkward, and it was cold even with the heater on. The towels were really good quality, and all the facilities were clean.

Hotel sin recepcionista,!otro idioma y no se recibió I fornacion para el check list y obtener la habitación. Hsbkdmisbpor trjefino no funcionaba, mandamos corrro nunca contestaron. Escribimos a hoteles.com mismo caso nunca contestaron. Después de un rato nos asistió un huésped. Faltaba ropa de cama y almohadas escribimos nunca contestaron ni mandaron la ropa. No hay retroalimentación para estos casos o toallas faltantes, u otras necesidades, no hay quien te asista. Te rentan el edificio y se desentienden del huésped, no me gustó esa falta de atención o seguimiento.

Les points négatifs : la douche est dans les sanitaires donc un peu serré pour faire sa douche mais pas très problématique, sinon le reste c'est parfait. Les points positifs : Bouteilles d'eau gratuite et serviettes à disposition, hôtel très bien positionné et proche de Myengdong (12min à pied), logement spatieux, très très propre, avec un lave linge et tous les équipements nécessaire pour une famille, le personnel est très réactif en cas de problématique.

숙소는 깨끗하고 아늑했고, 공용 세탁기가 있어서 편했습니다. 다만 4박 머무는 동안 청소는 없었고, 수건 보충도 알아서 해야합니다. 수건이 없어서 문의하니 2층 키오스크 밑에있다고 안내하는데 2층은 고기집이고, 3층의 키오스크 밑은 잡동사니 밖에 없어서 서랍장 다 열어보고 찾았습니다.
