Wir waren am ersten Tag nach der Eröffnung Gäste in diesem Hotel und gehörten somit zu den ersten Übernachtungsgästen.
Leider verlief der Check-in sehr holprig. Wir gerieten zunächst an eine Rezeptionistin, bei der man den Eindruck hatte, dass Kundenfreundlichkeit nicht oberste Priorität hatte. Zuerst wurde uns ein Zimmer zugewiesen, in dem wir beim Betreten von einem schlafenden, nackten Gast überrascht wurden – eine äußerst unangenehme Situation. Das zweite Zimmer entsprach ebenfalls nicht unserer Buchung: Statt eines vorbereiteten Vierbettzimmers erhielten wir ein nicht gemachtes Zweibettzimmer. Erst beim dritten Versuch bekamen wir schließlich das gebuchte Zimmer. Der gesamte Check-in dauerte dadurch über eine Stunde.
Zusätzlich waren wir überrascht, dass die TV-Geräte in einem neu eröffneten Hotel keine Smart-TV-Funktionen wie YouTube oder Netflix boten, was wir als enttäuschend empfanden. Auch die fehlende Abluft im Badezimmer, wodurch keine ausreichende Abführung der Feuchtigkeit möglich war, erschien uns unpraktisch und ungewöhnlich.
Am nächsten Morgen zeigte sich jedoch ein deutlich positiveres Bild. Es war anderes Personal anwesend, das sehr freundlich und engagiert war. Das Frühstück war gut, wurde zügig nachgefüllt und auf Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Der Check-out verlief problemlos und wurde von einem sehr zuvorkommenden Rezeptionisten durchgeführt.
Insgesamt war der Hotelstart mit deutlichen Anlaufschwierigkeiten verbunden. Man kann hoffen das es besser wird.
