Agree with a previous review that the pictures looked better than the actual property. Walls were thin, doors were heavy. I could hear every word of the room next to me and woke up every time their front door slammed closed. Bathroom was small and shower was grimey. Good if you just need to lay your head somewhere at night

We had a pretty decent stay here. The staff was friendly, and the room was a good size for a NYC hotel. We did not try their breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The only thing that was less than optimal was that the surrounding area is a little sketchy at night.

We had booked a room with 2 queen sized beds but was allocated 1 king size bed and a roller bed which I had to chase to bring up to the room. I then had to chase for bedding and never did receive a top quilt or pillows for this bed. The room was far too small to have this bed and we struggled to get to the bathroom because of it. I received no apologies or any form of refund for this downgrade. The air conditioning was also very noisy.

Check in early fee
Everything about our stay was great except at check in. We traveled 9 hours and arrived 3 hours before our check in time. We would have liked to freshen up and start our time out in NYC but were told our room was not ready. We understood of course and were appreciative that they allowed us to put our luggage in their storage room while we went and grabbed a quick bite to eat. We returned 1.5 hours before check in time and asked if our room was ready and were told we could check in early but it would cost an additional $17.00. That was a minimal price to pay, which I did, but if the room was ready why wouldn’t we have just been checked in without paying an additional fee? That would have been excellent customer service. When I checked out, I overheard one staff person ask another staff person why this was charged so it doesn’t appear to be standard policy at this hotel. I was polite at all times and understand they do not have to check anyone in early but I would prefer to just be told the room is not ready, rather than it’s ready and you have to pay a fee to get in early.

Hotel was easy to get to from LaGuardia. Fast check-in. Room was pretty large and bathroom also. Sink was too high for me. Shower had some spots that could have used a better cleaning on the floor. Great food choices nearby. Liberty Bagels down the street. Close walk to subway.

Good room in an amazing location
Got our room upgraded to a premium room for free, room itself was very clean and SUPER spacious. Location was amazing, not a terrible walk to broadway/times square (under 15 minutes?) and SO close to MSG. Only downside were the beds which were harder than concrete slabs.

TERRIBLE STAY!! **DO NOT STAY HERE**
My stay was absolutely terrible. The guy at the front desk put the deposit on the wrong credit card, causing my checking account almost got negative when I specifically told him not to. He said he wouldn’t and then just did it without telling me. AC didn’t work Room was hot most of the time. They sent someone who did it almost nothing and the AC still did not work the entire time. This location is awful.
