The hotel environment was peaceful and relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. And the views were simply amazing. Everything was clean, the food was great along with the service. I loved the open air concept that allows you to connect with nature. Plus the location is near all the things I wanted to do. Overall it was such a wonderful experience. I even purchased a velvetiser when I came back home because I enjoyed the hot chocolate so much.

This was quite the experience. We stayed for 9 days at the start of a longer Caribbean trip. The service at the hotel is outstanding, the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The luxe room was open to the rainforest experience, which was a great thing, but with some mosquito drawbacks. Despite the mosquito net over the bed, we had many bites. Eating at the hotel was very good, the food quality was excellent. The chocolate making tour and Soufriere experience (hot springs, waterfall, botanical gardens) were very good too. A 3-5 night stay here is an excellent, different experience.

Food was fresh and delicious, the staff are amazing and made an effort to remember our preferences. They all went out of their way to be helpful throughout our stay. They shared fun facts about the hotel and their culture, along with some local fruits and snacks while we sat by the pool. The resort is immaculately maintained with beautiful gardens everywhere. Our room was spotless. The staff came around a few times a day to tidy it up and it showed. The views of the pitons from the restaurant were magnificent and the pool was lovely as well. So why not a full five star review? While the room was clean our view was of the back of the restaurant and we could hear the staff well into the night. We get it, they're working. The grounds were lovely but there was very little direction to let you know about the amazing path around Rabat Lake or how easy the shuttles were to the beach. Lastly, I have to mention the $20 surcharge for a piece of chicken added to a salad. It's a lovely restaurant but really?

I liked the design of the property as well as the Piton in the background! The luxe room was definitely luxurious in every way. Breakfast was really delicious. The mosquitoes were troublesome but every effort was made to keep them under control including the provision of insect repellent and a zapper. I would stay there again.
