This is a gem of a place in Milan. It is perfectly located to the Brera neighborhood. Near great shopping, great restaurants, nice little morning cafes (Moko’s matcha was incredible ), close to the metro. We found the staff to be excellent . Super attentive, always able to provide suggestions. They authentically care about our interests. The rooms are very nice. Nice touches and modern. Don’t let the non traditional building confuse you, we will be staying again next time we are in Milan.

I was a little hesitant before arriving because of some of the reviews, but I ended up having a great stay. The hotel was easy to find with Google Maps, and I had looked at a photo of the entrance gate beforehand, so I recognized it immediately. While the building feels more like an apartment/office house than a traditional hotel, the hotel itself is modern, stylish, and welcoming.  My room was beautiful, with a lovely marble bathroom and incredibly soft bedding. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details: complimentary water and chocolate, LED vanity lighting, earplugs, and blackout blinds that made the room perfectly dark and quiet at night. The price I paid would have secured a generally higher hotelstandard in Norway. Milan is expensive, so I didn’t really expect much more than what I got. In other words, the hotel met my expectations. I felt safe throughout my stay, and the location in Brera is fantastic. Such an elegant and charming neighborhood. I'm very happy I chose this place for my first trip to Milan and would probably stay here again.

It was a floor inside a building, so limited amenities, but the rooms are 5 star standard, clean and comfortable and the staff (Melissa) went above and beyond and explained in details what we could and how to access, she was really helpful. We rented a car in Malpensa and found the hotel easily. I read some reviews about finding difficulty in finding the hotel. It is in a commercial building, very safe Staff is amazing helpful. Since they are in a Historical Zone and you do need to tell the hotel people so they can register the car in the commune website. It is €7.50 a day. I booked in advance through Parclick App (€35 a day) parked the car at the Autosilo San Marco ( parking garage) they were very professional and polite. I highly recommend you pre book and pay in advance, because if they are full they will not take cars that are not pre booked Very safe parking lot. Just 5 minute walk to the hotel. The room was very clean, bed is comfortable and pillows as well. It is very convenient location. Just 6 minutes to Via Fiori Chiari ( Brera cool street full of restaurants, bars, great stores. We walked to the Duomo and it took us 22 minutes. We had breakfast very close by. In other words, I will return to this hotel👍

The hotel was clean, quiet and well located. 15 minutes away by walking from Duomo and LaScala. Many great places to eat in close vicinity. The bed was a little bit on the hard side, but I like it that way, shower was really good with good water pressure. Check in was confusing, because I arrived at 9 PM, and the gates were closed and there was no bell, so after about 10 minutes I started panicking, was trying to call the front desk by using the phone provided byExpedia, but phone didn’t go through and later on, I found out that the phone number on Expedia site was wrong. It’s missing one of the zeros, so I could not call the main desk and I sent them email and in about 10 minutes after I sent the email, somebody came downstairs and let me in. So, to avoid any negative experience provide the Front Desk with your phone number and ask for the correct number for the Front Desk. Otherwise everything was good and stuff was very welcoming, if I would come back to Milan, I would stay here again.

It took some time to find the property and we were surprised to find that the ‘hotel’ was situated on the 3rd floor of a mixed use block. Having used the tiny ancient lift to get to the 3rd floor, we found a small reception area, this was manned only from 9am-10pm (approx). We were issued with 3 keys and various codes to access the building, the hotel and our room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had a good quality hairdryer (attached to the wall), a rain shower, slippers were supplied. There was a mini fridge and coffee machine. Alas although there were plenty of hangers, they were the anti-theft style which drive you mad. Only enough space for one suitcase, but the ladies on reception found something for our second one. We had assumed that as the details say breakfast is available there would be some kind of catering, in fact there is nothing in the building, they supply vouchers for a choice of eateries. We did our own thing. The hotel was ‘quirky’ and not at all what we were expecting. The staff were really lovely and very helpful. It was in a brilliant position being a 10 minute walk to the Duomo and the main part of Brera.
