Horrible location. The taxi service from the airport couldn’t find it in their system. This is probably not a registered raid. As it’s not on any map. It’s down dark hall ways and has no signs visible anywhere

Personnel accueillant et disponible.
Le toit du riad est ouvert. Nous y avons séjourné en décembre et la pluie tombe dans le centre du riad. Le sol est mouillé donc impossible de prendre le PDJ car il pleut et surtout il fait froid. Le lieu est plus adapté à une météo plus chaude.
Pendant les 3 premiers jours de notre séjour nous avons eu un problème d'eau chaude. Peu ou pas d'eau chaude pour se doucher. Problème résolu sur la fin du séjour.
Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux.
Le irad est un peu excentré de la place Jama El Fna

Tout semblait parfait : la situation au nord de la Médina, le lieu très récent et vraiment beau, le personnel très gentil et serviable, la chambre spacieuse et propre. Mais c'était sans compter l'absence d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain : en trois jours, nous avons eu une seule fois de l'eau chaude et 15 minutes seulement.
Nous avons signalé le problème gentiment mais aucune solution n'a été apportée en 3 jours.
Quel dommage au vu du classement du riad et du prix des chambres.
