Nice hotel, but terrible management

Check in process was a disaster, they gave us a room 3 hours later with no information. The manager was really rude and gave us a really bad first impression. Thankfully during the stay the staff from the restaurant/bar and another lady that works at the reception helped us a lot and were very friendly. Hotel is nice and quiet, but far from the main resorts.

We lost power for an hour and had to wait in the dark for them To send someone to help us. I had to text my friend to walk to desk as the phones do not work in the rooms .
