The staff was very friendly. I loved how close it was to the museums I wanted to see. Amazing food options near by. The room has everything you need for your stay. I loved that the windows opened for fresh air as well. I would 100% stay here again.

Really a beautiful space all around--the common areas are well-appointed, and my individual room was quite large and very comfortable. This hotel is really convenient for getting around: it's a quick walk to the Museumplein, and the tram is just a couple of blocks away. There is also a good grocery store, some restaurants, and a great gelato shop just on the other side of Vondel Park--a six minute walk or so. I only spent two nights here this time, but will definitely try to return on my next trip to Amsterdam!

Staff were nice, location great. Room was okay but looked nothing like the room advertised on Hotels.com. It was poorly lit (no ceiling light) and lacked the nice character of the photo of the room displayed on the booking.

Close to trams that take you straight to the city center within 15 min. You have a huge park right across the road so if you need a little city break it’s all there. The street behind has a variety of luxury stores, so in all 10/10 for location! The staff was friendly and nice as well❤️. The only thing that drive the rating down is that the door to the room has a gap between the floor and the door. Furthermore you can clearly hear people walking by and talking. If you room is at the end of a hallway you are probably safe, however for anyone else especially those close to an elevator, be prepared to put on headset etc.

Got greeted with an employee that did not seem very interested in helping us, and barely said anything. It seemed that he did not know which floor our room was in. The sheets was not prestine, it was spots that indicated that it was not cleaned. The room we booked was very small in comparison with what the images told us, and where the booking said we were supposed to have both a balcony and a bathtub, the room lacked both.

A localização do hotel é excelente de frente para o Volder Park e próximo (menos de 10mins à pé) dos museus além de fácil conexão com o Tram, Ônibus, Metrô. Fizemos a maior parte dos passeios à pé. A equipe é excelente e muito gentil especialmente a atendente Andrea e Sunny ambas nos fizeram sentir em casa. A limpeza, comodidades, conforto do quarto são excelentes. Recomendo muito para um casal que queira aproveitar Amsterdam.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in town and very convenient. The entrance is absolutely beautiful — such a cozy and relaxing space where you can sit down, read a book, or simply unwind.
The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I especially want to mention Sunny, who truly made my experience even better. She is warm, friendly, and so much fun to talk to. She made me feel genuinely welcome, and she is definitely one of the reasons I will be returning.
I’m already looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to Amsterdam!
