This is a new property that is not completed in terms of services, property management, room furnishing completion and following through with commitments.
They need to discount their rate as there are lots of alternative properties in Mazunte that give you what they promise for what they are charging (we were paying full price). We were constantly asking for things - more towels, a chair for the room, a place to hang items, get this - a mirror for the bathroom??? and yet after I spoke with the owner and he agreed to refund one day of a 4 day stay for all the issues the manager the next day said it was not a refund but a credit of a free day which was an insult since we were going to Oaxaca the next day and they knew that.
Pick another property for your stay until these guys, hopefully, get their act together. Not an enjoyable stay!!
