6 Jul 2024We stay in this hotel to end our vacation but to our disappointment the room was not what we expect, upon opening the door there is a bad smell, there is no window to open, I tried to turn on the AC but a lot of dust is coming out. The bed is not either comfortable and the beddings smells like hospital. The bathroom is really big but is dirty, specially bathroom door. I will not recommend for a family with kids.

16 Jun 2026This was the last hotel we stayed at during our vacation in Japan and Korea, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing experience of our trip. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed an unpleasant odor, excessive dust, mold in the bathroom, and a television that was not functioning properly.
The building itself appeared to be poorly maintained. I observed exposed electrical outlets, gaps in the wall panels large enough to allow rodents and insects to enter, and bathroom fixtures showing visible signs of mold and rust. These conditions raised serious concerns about cleanliness and overall upkeep.
When I brought these issues to the attention of the receptionist who checked us in, she was unfriendly and unhelpful. Despite the condition of the room, no accommodation or compensation was offered. I requested consideration for a room upgrade due to the problems we encountered, but she simply stated that I would have to pay an additional fee.
To be fair, the other staff members were courteous and responsive to our requests, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy during our stay.
The one major advantage of this hotel is its location. Being situated right next to Yeoksam Station made it very convenient to travel around Seoul. However, because of the poor condition of the facilities and the unsatisfactory response from the front desk, I would not recommend staying here. And there is major construction happening right next to the hotel so dusty

Is a very good clean hotel for the price, gives you 2 water bottles every day, and the room is clean every day not like in the us that the hotels clean the rooms every 3 to 5 days, near to the place I visit every year.

Room had mold on ceiling and in bathroom. Electric plugs broke, and room floor was damp and felt soapy. Room not worth $150 even in downtown Seoul.

The elevator door closing way too soon when you try to pull your baggage to the elevator. refrigerator fit only two small water bottle no refrigerator to store your food. The light doesn’t turn off. Would be better if the room would be cheaper for the condition of what they had. They should provide a mini refrigerator for the room. Would not recommend to anyone.

4 May 2026三人で宿泊したのに、最終日までスリッパが二人分しか準備されていませんでした。残念。ただ、立地はかなり良く便利な場所でした。

ただ、裏口の道は隠れ喫煙エリアっぽく、スモーカーがたくさんいるので女性が歩くのはちょっと懸念されるかもです。
設備は、部屋も広く、とにかくバスルームが広い。
十分リラックスは出来たのですが、
残念だったのが、建物が古いのか？ 上の階の音が異常に響きます。
上の階の部屋の人が歩く音や椅子を引いたり、モノを落としたりするとかなり気になります。
私が宿泊した時の上の部屋の客が、深夜から明け方まで動きまわってたせいで非常に眠りが浅くなってしまったのが残念でした。
通常のお客さんはこんな遅くまで起きてないと思うのでそれさえなければ満点でした。
