The place is nice, offering convenience and easy access to many locations in Tagaytay. However, the price feels a bit steep compared to what you receive. The mountain-side rooms appear outdated and have a noticeable musty smell.

The facility was beautiful. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The views were spectacular. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there were so many options. Staff here are very pleasant and attentive. at check in, i was offered a better room, although i had to pay additional fee. I had paid for a lake view, but from this upgraded lake wing position, the view of the lake and mountain were excellent. not sure what i would have got !! Food in the restaurant was very good, and the buffet breakfast offered very many choices to suit probably all tastes. Rooms were clean, and room service was good too. Cannot really mark down this hotel, although i did not get the free drinks suggested by hotels.com we should get
