I'm sorry, but my booking experience with you was very bad.
The hotel's address is incorrect. I spent more than an hour and a half searching for the address, and around 12 pm I entered the room. I stayed in the lobby for more than four hours, and I didn't find anyone at reception who spoke English. Everyone at reception kept telling me for three hours that the address was wrong .
Even the customer service phone number was not answered.
I received the correct address details at 11:30 pm .
