The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location could not be beat, across the street from the skytrain, it was very easy to get to downtown Vancouver, and with tye metropolis at metro town across the street there was plenty of food, drink and shopping options within walking distance. This was a great base for a visit to Vancouver if you’re looking for something slightly more affordable than staying in the city itself!

Great location. It is behind the Expo Line Metrotown station. We made use of the train and bus services nearby to travel to all places of interest in Vancouver. The room has an extended sitting area which was very cozy. The hotel lobby in the morning was busy and very noisy. Haven't tried breakfast at the Cafe next to the lobby.

We are very grateful to the staff at Hyatt Place. The room was great and the view from the upper floor was amazing. More importantly, while we were travelling recreationally, the staff were incredibly helpful with some technical help during an unexpected business emergency. The location next to the skytrain was perfect! The breakfast was nice. The room with two double beds and a twin sofa bed was perfect for our family of 4. We booked a room for a weekend trip for its convenient location to the SkyTrain. We stayed in a two queen size beds on the third floor. The room was clean and staffs were friendly and accommodating. They also have a small gym with good equipment. This hotel does offer paid overnight parking which we opted for since street parking wasn't convenient for us. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay at Hyatt Place Metrotown.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The amenities in the room were basic with your usual coffee and a single serving of tea! We were very lucky that the room was available to us a lot sooner than expected, and managed to store our luggage in our room while we went to investigate the area. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. They showed us some areas to visit while we were there. It was definitely less stressful and a very calm experience. It was very easy to commute around with trains and buses.

This Hyatt Metrotown hotel is brand-new so it looks pristine (and even smells) like a very new and modern building!! The rooms feel like a modern condo with wraparound windows offering panoramic views!
