The cabin was really clean, good quality bedding and blankets. Shower block was very clean. Cleaned regularly during the day. The staff were really friendly and helpful. General store with coffee, drinks choices, some groceries. No fresh fruit or vegetables. Playpark for the kids, safe paths for kids biking around camp. Dog friendly. Lovely to have a porch on the cabin. Perfect location for so many hiking and biking trails and fishing spots. Easy access to Denver, Evergreen, Estes Park etc. We stayed a week and can't wait to go back. Grandma, daughter and grand -daughter ❤️

It was not clear in the listing that there was no electricity in the specific cabin that I chose. The on site bath house was pretty dirty. Calling the host for flexible check-in was easy and then is when I found out that there wasn't electricity in the cabin.

You wanna rough it go ahead but bring lanterns and water to brush your teeth it was a basic tuff shed no power no bathroom no water we went to Blackhawk and just wanted a place to sleep they have better options cabin a is definitely not for me and the store doesn’t open till late in the morning we left at 7 finally figured out where the key drop was cause it wasn’t labeled. Get the cabin with electricity and prepare to walk to the bathroom otherwise was beautiful and close to Blackhawk I need more conveniences 1 twin bed and a bunk bed me and my brother woke up and said we’re out nice for the price but do your research they have better tuff sheds overall you get what you pay for 😀

I tried calling multiple times during reasonable business hours, to alert them that I would be a late check. And nobody answered. And when we arrived to try to check in, there were no envelopes for us to be able to get into our cabin. There were envelopes for other late check ins. But not us! I even took pictures to show that there there was no envelope with my name on it. And then I still got charged, when I couldn't even check in.

It was a nice cozy 2nd tier cabin, while we couldn't stay the whole night (turns out we aren't the outdoors type) we enjoyed the few hours we were there the main bed was unique as the bed frame was made of logs and just slightly taller than the mattress
