Rooms very modern and clean. Balcony was nice.. si i could open and let breeze in. Great location and good amenities. One caution - i had one of the rooms with a shared door with the adjacent room. These doors are not sound attenuating in the least bit.....meaning my neighbor's fun time at 12 or 1 am was a bit frustrating as i had to be up at 5am. Other than that, the bar/restaurant in lobby had great selections...Gym is the biggest I've seen in a hotel.

The ac doesn’t work, and since they are overbooked, they even cannot change the room, and we have to stay in the cold room whole night. And the smell in the room makes people uncomfortable.

The facility is beautiful and the staff are friendly. There were problems though. The biggest issue was that we were denied the complimentary breakfast. One of the reasons I booked a stay at this property was beacuse of the complimentary breakfast that was included in the Expedia information and subsequent reservation. We were told by two different staff members that because we booked our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott, we did not receive breakfast. Apparently breakfast was only for Residence Inn guests. Totally embarrassing for us and extremely disappointing. Furthermore, there were no pool towels, so we had to use our bathroom towels. We asked for more of those, they were never delivered to the room as promised. Lastly, the bedsheets were intolerably scratchy. I slept poorly because of it.
