We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation at Jumeirah Mallorca. Everything exceeded our expectations and we found our days there very relaxing, in the most beautiful setting. We want to send a special thanks to all the wonderful staff! We were met by smiles everywhere, and extreme hospitality. An extra silver lining to our experience was how our 3-year was treated like a special guest, acknowledged and noticed by the staff. This really made a huge difference to her, and us. Such a child friendly place and you really thought of everything, from a drawing kit at dinner, to small slippers on her bed. Thanks you again, we hope to come back some day!
