8/10 Very good

Nice hotel, staff extremely friendly and helpful. It is a newer hotel so some of the smaller details still need to be worked out, like having a fully stocked bar or an expanded food menu. Otherwise, they are on the right track.

I liked the hotel overall, as it opened the day before my arrival, so it was new. However, my hotel room was cleaned once out of 4 days. I had to request it that day because they missed it the day before. Staff was friendly and kind.

Very fresh, clean new hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a quiet, sedate atmosphere. Pool was clean, not too busy. Not sure why, but room did not get made up after the first night. But we only stayed 2 nights so didn't ask about it. Might be because we got a late start that morning. Really loved the location, convenient to everything!

I absolutely loved staying here! It’s close to everything! Literally a few mins walk to universal. 15 min uber ride to Disney if no traffic. There a places to eat nearby. Chick fil a is across the street. Walgreens and 7 eleven is next door. There are also other food places across the street. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. No safe in the room or iron though. Im already planning to stay here my next trip to universal studios
