Our room was clean and comfortable. However, it was on the second floor, and there is no elevator. Getting our suitcases up the stairs was difficult. Seniors and handicapped should be given first-floor priority. WE had no safety hand grips in our regular room, and the shower was slippery. We would stay here again if we could be given a first-floor room.
