10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was fantastic and in a really good location where you can enjoy the beach and you have restaurant and cafe options nearby for lunch and dinner (taxi's in Oman are very expensive). The room was so clean, spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were so good. The breakfast buffet was amazing with such a variety of options to eatnfrom fresh fruits to freshly cooked eggs. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The stay overall was 10/10 and I would stay again! "

"I had an exceptional stay at the W Muscat. The staff were outstanding—warm, attentive, and consistently going above and beyond to make the experience memorable. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, and every interaction felt genuinely thoughtful. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very well maintained, offering both comfort and style. The food across the hotel was consistently impressive, with great variety and high quality. One of the highlights is the location: a beautiful, clean, and very walkable area surrounded by cultural spots and places to explore. Whether you’re interested in food, arts, or a relaxing walk by the coast, everything is easily within reach. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Muscat."
