Vi bodde på detta ”hotell” under ett par dagar i juli 2026. Det visade sig att vår air condition var sönder, vilket såklart var under all kritik. Hotellet var, i vår mening, inte ett hotell eftersom det inte fanns någon reception. Vi ringde det ”akuta” numret men de svarade inte förens morgonen efter. Vi fick alltså sova i ett rum som var 27 grader varmt. När vi väl kom fram i telefon dagen efter slängde personen på luren mitt under samtalet. Tyvärr skulle vi inte rekommendera detta ”hotell” av den anledningen.

A localização é excelente: 7 minutos a pé da estação Milano Centrale, onde tem várias opções de comida. Tem um Mini Carrefour e pequenas lojas de bebidas e outros itens próximos. Quarto novo, limpo e tudo funciona bem. A minha reclamação é que embora na plataforma hotéis.com consta que o check-out se encerra às 11h, depois da reserva você será informado que se encerra as 10h, e que cara mente neste horário uma funcionária começará a bater e gritar à sua porta, exigindo a sua saída.
