Desværre et skuffende ophold

Altid virkelig god kundeservice. Vi havde skrevet i forvejen at der var brug for et roligt værelse, men vi blev checket ind på et værelse med en stor ventilator eller lignende, lige udenfor. Inden sengetid blev vi dog, uden problemer, flyttet til et andet værelse. Desværre dækkede mørklægningen ikke rigtigt her, så vi var oppe kl 5. Rengøringen var ikke optimal på værelse nummer to, og vi havde kun lunkent vand til bad. Morgenmaden var, som altid, lækker, indbydende og alsidig. Vi må nok overveje om vi må finde et andet hotel næste gang, desværre.

Restauranten på hotellet er forfærdelig.

Vi ankom til hotellet og fik først nøglen efter kl 15. Vi måtte vente på, at rengøringen blev færdig. ( havde værelset fra kl 15). Værelset var fint, og vi havde bestilt poolværelse. Selve pool-området/spaen er super god, men betjeningen i spaens reception bestod af en sur ældre dame uden speciel god betjening. Vi havde bestilt bord i restauranten og maden bestod af en buffet….aldrig som i aldrig har jeg fået så ringe en mad. Grønsagerne, kartoffelrøsti var drysset ud af en pose. Det virkede som om, at den røget laks lige var købt i Calle og smidt på buffeten. Og for at det ikke skulle være løgn, var rejerne halvfrosne da de nåede vores tallerken. Det eneste vi kunne lide, var en laks, som var lavet i køkkenet. Til morgenmaden var de udgået for smør, og buffeten blev ikke fyldt op, så vi måtte flere gange bede om mere mad. Vi har været på Hotel des Nordes mange gange tidligere, men må indrømme, at standarden er virkelig faldet. Jeg sætter ikke mine ben i restauranten mere. Var så dybt skuffet, og prisen er helt hen i vejret. Måtte betale 39 euro pr næse for en helt uspiselig mad.

Vänlig personal. Stora rum. Riklig och god frukost och middag. Dåligt städad toalett (toaletten ej spolad) Ölen i baren var inte tillräckligt kall. Gratis parkering. Nära till naturområden och shopping.

Dejligt hotel til en god pris!

Sofaen og stolene var desværre meget beskidte og fremstod ulækre. Gulvtæppet havde enkelte områder med noget klistret, hvilket trak helhedsindtrykket ned. Sovesofaerne kunne med fordel være nogle centimeter bredere og udstyret med en blødere madras for bedre komfort. Poolen måtte gerne være varmere, især i de kolde måneder. Maden var udmærket og passende i forhold til prisen med en rigtig fin restaurant. Saunaen og spaområdet var rigtig gode, men det kunne være en fordel at tilbyde en sauna, hvor nøgenhed ikke er påkrævet, så børn og andre gæster også kan benytte den. Udover det var alt perfekt!

Ok ophold

Fint værelse. Vi spiste aftensmad i restauranten; det var buffet, ikke at der er noget galt i det, men kvaliteten af maden var ikke fremragende. Det virkede som om det hele var færdigprodukter, der blot var opvarmet. Det var ikke billigt, så pris og kvalitet hængte ikke sammen. Til gengæld var morgenbuffeten fremragende.
