I stayed for a long weekend with a friend of mine and I have to say the staff were extremely friendly,helpful and just really great to us. The room was gorgeous and spotless. The hotel was fantastic. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Near all of the sites in Salem. The only issue we had with our stay was the bed in our room felt like it was higher at the foot of the bed than the head. We made due but that was the only issue. The hotel has a lot of history on the walls and looks great.

Stay here! Don’t look any further! By far the best if not the top 3 hotel to stay at. They literally thought of everything! Staff was responsive and fabulous! The whole place was clean and beautiful! Our first time staying over in Salem and I would definitely stay at the courier hotel again. Our suite was great. We had our granddaughter with us. She slept on the queen sized pull out couch . We slept in the bedroom. The kitchen and office area was great size and with a working kitchen. We didn't need that for this stay but we used the apartment sized fridge. The kitchen was stocked well. ( For 4) The beds were so comfortable. And the gentleman at the desk was always pleasant and helpful. Esp when I had issues with my electronic room key. I would stay again In a heart beat! Thanks!

Would have been an excellent rating, but minor things like toilet paper wasn’t stocked and there aren’t after hours employees. Some of the dishes in the kitchenette weren’t clean, but I think that might be due to past guests and not the staff. Great space, great view. Close to everything. Just be prepared to run next door for toilet paper after 6pm or to wash the dishes before you use them.

Very spacious rooms and updated decorations. I would have it 5 stars except parking was a block away and they still charge you $25 plus tax which was $32 total. The room was a little dusty and the unit ac was blasting every second. The staff was superb. It’s located on top of businesses and the window view was just traffic.

Honestly the best hotel I’ve been to in my life. I loved the full sized fridge and all the items you could possibly need to cook. Having lamps with the USB-C charging port was also a plus. The Brita filter in the fridge was unexpected but highly appreciated. And the A/C that actually gets to the temp you set it to? Amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I’ll be recommending The Courier to any friends or family that are thinking of coming to Salem.

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Salem. All the witchy related history and restaurants are within walking distance. If available, I highly recommend room 18. It is a king suite on the corner. This let's you people watch if you want. Just remember, they can see in as well 😆. We had some folks wave. They are set up like apartments so, if you want to save so.e money, bring groceries. Though there is no oven. There is a 2 burner cook ttopand microwave. Hope this helps and I look forward to my next stay.
