9 Sept 2026This was a lovely home with large living area. The master bedroom was very large and roomy! There must be great insulation in the walls because you can hardly hear anyone in the room next to you! The neighborhood was also nice and quiet; neighbors were friendly. We all took walks before and after we ventured into Yosemite Park. Alek (host) was super to "chat" with via text and very helpful. He answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. The home is in a gated community so no traffic except for those people who live or are staying there. Unfortunately, we did not have time to visit the lake, but maybe next time! The little town has a great little restaurant called The Hungry Bear (they make great coffees) with the best fries ever. Staff is helpful and friendly. This is a great place to stay if you're wanting to visit the Park and enjoy some "down" time. (Oh, and really nice big screen TV!)
