The persons at the reception were very nice and helpful . The apartment we had was on the ground overlooking nature (with trails).well equipped: stove, diswasher, microwave, refrigerator At this timeof the year not too many people, so it was quiet. The snack bar was not open (only summer ) but we had excellent recommendations for restaurants near by. I understood that it is a place for families and long stay in the summer: beautiful lake, swimming, trails

La RĂ©sidence du ChĂąteau de Jouarres, offre un cadre paisible et verdoyant pour des sĂ©jours en famille ou entre amis. InstallĂ©e dans un parc privĂ© de 5 hectares, l'Ă©tablissement se trouve Ă  proximitĂ© du Canal du Midi, idĂ©al pour les promenades Ă  vĂ©lo ou Ă  pied. le seul point nĂ©gatif pour une rĂ©sidence 3 Ă©toiles comme celui, je conseil juste Ă  la direction de cette rĂ©sidence et pour offrir un bien ĂȘtre au client autour de la piscine, c'est de mettre de vrai parasol de piscine et de ne pas demander Ă  chaque client de prendre un pauvre parasol de sa chambre pour l'amener sur la piscine et du coup, si on a de la famille qui reste sur la terrasse ou en rdc de jardins ; de ne plus avoir a disposition un parasol. au niveau des chambre et toujours (vu le cadre de la rĂ©sidence). Pour une rĂ©sidence classĂ©e de ce standing, il est surprenant et peu conforme aux attentes qu'aucun gel douche ne soit fourni dans la salle de bain, ni de kit de nettoyage dans la cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e. Ces Ă©lĂ©ments de base sont habituellement inclus dans ce type d’hĂ©bergement, car ils participent au confort et Ă  l’autonomie des clients.

El departamento es amplio y cómodo. No había jabón en el baño, un detalle que hubiera sido importante siendo que solo reservamos por una noche. Las camas de la 2da habitación no estaban hechas y las bolsas de residuos no estaban puestas en los tachos. El Jardín descuidado, supongo que por no ser temporada. Si se mejoran estos detalles es un lugar excelente.

SĂ©jour de 4 jours Ă  8 personnes dans un appartement, alors pour 8 adultes (4 couples : les 2 parents avec 3 enfants et leur compagnes)il n'y a qu'un seul dĂ©faut la chambre avec les lits superposĂ©s, n'est pas une chambre juste un espace avec un rideau, nous pensions pouvoir poser les matelas auvsol pour faire un lit double mais impossible par contre le canapĂ© Ă©tait convertible donc c'Ă©tait beaucoup mieux, oui sur certains commentaires il y a quelques problĂšmes de propretĂ© mais il ne faut pas exagĂ©rer, quelques toiles de poussiĂšre au plafond mais il est tellement haut qu'il est vraiment difficile d'accĂšs, aprĂšs le reste mĂȘme si ce n'est pas moderne, c'est bien entretenu, il ne manque rien et assez d'espace pour circuler dans l'appartement et 2 toilettes et une salle de douche et une salle de bain, pour l'accueil c'Ă©tait parfait, sourire,gentillesse et politesse font toujours plaisir . Le bar restaurant Ă  premiĂšre allure on se dit que c'est un peu particulier, il manque certaines choses de la carte mais ils sont super gentil, trĂšs serviable, et surtout c'est trĂšs bien rapport qualitĂ© prix , c'est les vacances on est pas lĂ  pour ce prendre la tĂȘte, la piscine convient trĂšs bien, on ne se marche pas les uns sur les autres, oui il manque un peu de transat par forte chaleur car plus de monde et le camion de pizza du samedi soir est trĂšs bien aussi, par contre victime de son succĂšs rĂ©server bien Ă  l'avance vos pizzas pour ne pas les avoir trop tard, il est tout seul

Belle rĂ©sidence dans l’ensemble. Personnel Accueillant Piscine agrĂ©able. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas la climatisation dans les appartements car nous avons eu trĂšs chaud. Le mĂ©nage sur la terrasse n’a pas Ă©tĂ© fait car il y avait pleins de toiles d’araignĂ©es, nous avons pas pu en profiter. Le frigo est mal placĂ© et la porte de celui-ci aurait dĂ» s’ouvrir de l’autre cĂŽtĂ© pour Ă©viter de se blesser avec les escaliers. Nous avons mangĂ© une pizza de chez Gigi mais elles n’étaient pas extraordinaires. Endroit calme et reposant.
