Everyone was very nice and helpful. The Spa/pool area is really nice! Especially after a day of skiing! Although note that it closes at 7PM and not 8PM as it’s indicated. Definitely would recommend.

Comfortable, great ski access, nice bar and rooms
Lovely finish and fit out with hansgrohe bathroom fixtures, nice touches like cotton blankets in rooms for extra layers. Bed linen good, but sadly no feather pillow options, and the synthetic ones were cheap and hot (and not very comfortable). Decent breakfast and nicely fitted out bar lounge area too. Super convenient for the Montana (G) piste lift. Also a ‘hidden’ escalator to get down / up from town level which didn’t discover until third night - reception could’ve mentioned earlier as a handy check in tip!

Overall nice experience but the spa was disappointing and seemed very old and out of touch, like an old small public swimming pool. Would be nice to for example have a nice warm relaxing and quiet room and nicer changing area and hot pool was closed. Breakfast was very basic but ok. A suggestion: as its seems like a new hotel, the sitting areas (including the brasserie) could be have nicer lighting like candles on the tables instead of sterile lighting it currently has. But overall was fine.

Impeccable
Séjour de 5 jours à Crans-Montana formidable! L’hôtel est très accueillant, le personnel très gentil et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et extrêment varié. Nous avions choisi la demi pension et nous sommes ravis: plats de qualité, buffets ou service à table selon le thème de la soirée: petit coup de cœur pour le thème raclette 😅 Les chefs sont présents et prennent plaisir à expliquer leurs plats. Les chambres familiales sont spacieuses, la literie de très bonne qualité. Tout est d’un calme c’est très apaisant. Propreté impeccable dans la chambre et le personnel pour le ménage est très efficace. La salle de bain est très grande et bien chauffée: les affaires de ski et les maillots de bain sèchent très rapidement. Notre chambre donnait sur l’arrière de l’hôtel et seuls manquent des rideaux ou stores dans la salle de bain car la vue est plongeante depuis la route du dessus… L’hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques pas de la télécabine Arnouva. L’hôtel propose également la vente des forfaits à prix très avantageux, pensez à les demander! Le parking est hasardeux, à notre arrivée le samedi il était complet (le parking souterrain est limité à 2m de haut). Le parking extérieur était bondé. Un parking payant se trouve quelques mètres au dessus de l’hôtel. Nous avons pu finalement nous garer le lendemain une fois les départs effectués. L’hôtel dispose d’un local à ski ainsi que d’un local à chaussures chauffé! L’eau de la piscine est divine après le froid de la neige!
