First time here and very impressed by the rooms, amenities and staff. Came in to check out a trail we saw in TikTok but decided to stay here as it was only 20 minutes away. The property was conveniently located in the domain. Our only issues were the ants in the bathroom and the air conditioner barely worked while we were there. We didn’t enjoy sleeping in a humid sweaty room. When we reported it, we were told they were working on the AC already. If I had known this, I would have probably stayed in a different hotel. The Austin heat is no joke. If the AC worked, it would have been a very nice property to stay at.
