Nice but…
The location is conveniently located to many restaurants and bars. But this is also a negative if you want peace and quiet. They’re doing renovations within the hotel and there’s nonstop loud music from the surrounding club and restaurants. The staff, however, is amazing.

Great experience
Only stayed here for two nights as we had accommodation booked at another location. However I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was phenomenal and the staff friendly and extremely helpful. Will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

cleanliness and quality are not what i would expect from a 4 star. ran out of towels on a few occasions, hair stuck in the wood shower wall, doors still have fingerprints on them.

It is a good spot to stay easy walking distance to so many different spots the rooms are comfortable enough and clean enough nothing amazing but did us just fine. Couple of things which weren’t major but had to ask for towels on numerous occasions they always seemed to have a shortage. The reception are helpful but wouldn’t say they are over the top friendly like we have experienced elsewhere. There is noise from neighbouring nightclubs but it wasn’t enough to keep us up at night. The rooftop bar plays music until around 8pm but again we could hear it but not enough to bother us. Great price and location

I found the location great. The room was nice but had asked for a quiet room away from pool and got a room above the pool. Overall the team where great housekeeping could use a bit of training. I would stay here again.

very friendly staff, great kitchen and hotel as such are perfect, management could improve . our room service and towel supply no good, twice there were no pool towels, 3 days in a row we had no room towels when getting back to the room late afternoon, had to beg 3 times for new ones , room and pool towels were far from clean and very smelly. to be a 4 star hotel you would think there would be at least 3 towel sets per bed. not still waiting for the laundry service to drop of clean towels at 4.30 in the afternoon.

Friendly Location
Checkin process was a breeze, with friendly staff who were happy to organise airport transfers. Upon checkin, one of our rooms didn't have a safe, 1 rooms TV didnt work, and 1 rooms aircon was leaking. Within the hour, after bringing this to the attention of the staff, all issues were rectified. The staff at the swim-up rooftop bar are very friendly, as were the breakfast staff. Breakfast was a little on the boring/small side compared to some other hotel buffets but was always fresh. Only downside is a new club Legion that has opened 2 doors down. Music can be a little on the loud side at night, so if you need silence to sleep, I would recommend trying for a lower room on the far side of the building, however the bass became white noise for us within a couple of days

Stayed for 12 Nights extremely noisy with music as night clubs are right next door. Staff are friendly and welcoming food was average I did report theft to reception as we had money stolen from our room on the day before check out it was placed into a zipped carry on bag. They checked with clearers but no one touched the bag

The club next door made it extremely hard to sleep at night. The room service was very hit and miss and the breakfast was awful. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Only good thing is the bed and pillows felt like clouds.
