I made sure I was up early for complimentary coffee serviced on the first floor dining space. Great hotel for an option to stay at NYC for a short trip (10 days max.) Personnel is very kind and is always willing to give a good service. Cleanliness is the most outstanding characteristic of this hotel; everyday they got into my room to sheets, towels and make a deep clean in the floor and bathroom. If your visit to NYC is for business or vacation in Manhattan, this hotel is an outstanding alternative. The location is properly connected to main streets and avenues of Manhattan, so moving around is pretty easy; I mean, the hotel is like 5 minutes away from Grand Central Terminal by foot.
