In general, it’s a good place to stay, clean, comfortable, friendly front-desk staff. But as in every 4-starred hotels where we stayed in the trip to Brazil, only a few people at the front desk speak English. Restaurants staffs could not be more unhelpful with menu selection and others are no help for facilities in the resort. And the way they have guests to sign off the dinner buffet was almost hostile. In the last night, my wife didn’t have the buffet with me but the guy still charged two buffets on our room. At the checkout, we were promised for a refund after we get back to the States. However, we are still waiting for it and, the worst, there is no phone number that would get through to the hotel to ask.
