Didn't get to actually stay at the hotel since I was stranded at Nusa Lembongan on the 'Nyepi Segara'. I arrived early the next morning to relax at the hotel since I booked this as a last hangout before traveling to the airport home. The staff was very accomodating, still gave me a room with 2,5h left before check out to shower and relax, got to try out the spa treatments and relax by the pool. Highly recommended this hotel, super friendly, great hospitality and clean all over. Its a cute touch with all the animal feeding stations! 😊

We got the airport shuttle without hassle, they do charge a fee for that. The whole property is really nice with all the mentioned amenities. It's based right opposite to the beach with a road in between. The whole staff is really helpful and welcoming. Only thing they should improve upon is the room ventilation, it gets humid and everything feels a little wet even with AC kept on. Overall had a great time.
