Breakfast was terrible it was like a homeless shelter room were very tied and poor such a shame they have let it go this away it is now a backpacker hostel at best not worth £100 plus a night more like £40

Room clean but dated. Staff very friendly. Parking was on street and very limited. Breakfast was a big let down. Disposabal plastic glasses and wooden spoons - not very environmentally friendly. Some pre packaged croissants and jam. Not even cereal so a very very limited continental breakfast.

Staff were friendly and courteous. Bed was average, but the "continental" breakfast was very poor. Some pre-pack criossants, a few youghurts and a couple of pieces of fruit.

6/10 Good

The staff were friendly and approachable. The hotel was clean and tidy. However it’s showing its age and could do with some TLC. I appreciate that in the current market that’s probably not on the cards. We were told there was a complimentary continental breakfast. This consisted of some budget prepacked croissant and pan au chocolates, jams, filter coffee, fruit and yogurt. No meats bread or cereals. Ok for the price if there was is nowhere else to stay.

It’s old fashioned and slightly shabby but good location and staff were lovely. Back rooms were quite noisy because of bus terminal. Worthing is nice.

Location and availability is good, book early. Parking convenient, right by the beach, not far from shops, bars and restaurants. (Suggest Heartbreaker for good cocktails).

Whenever we are going to Worthing we always try to stay at the Chatsworth Hotel. We like it's location being near to the pier bus station and cinema. Some say it is a old fashion hotel but we like it that way.

4/10 Fair

The amenities need a total overhaul. I was in room 427, the stairs to the room was horrible. I almost fell, i had to call for help. The water took for ever to run. The staff were nice and very professional but the building is below hotel standard expected in a hospitality industry in tourist town like Worthing.

6/10 Good

It was convenient for the sea front and the town centre, it was clean and did what it needed to however it was so hot inside; it was very, very tired, the windows were dirty, the bed creaked, the floorboards creaked and the breakfast was very disappointing. Also, I booked a accessible room but the toilet only had a hand rail on one side so it wasn't really helpful.
