We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained, although the wardrobe space was somewhat limited.
The staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which truly made a positive difference.
Breakfast was sufficient overall, but the selection of cheeses was limited. Still, the service at breakfast was excellent and very attentive.

Great hotel by the river in Bangkok. It had everything you could wish for. I didn't try the breakfast but they had a Starbucks in the small mall bellow the hotel, which was very convenient. This was a very quiet hotel compared to the hotels in the city center, which made my stay more relaxing. Not walking distance to any of the big shopping malls, but still close enough my Grab or taxi.

This is a beautiful, luxury hotel! Very clean. Bellhops are most helpful with Grab rides, a place where we walked for massages and taking the free boat on the river. Easy access to the airport, city center, and China Town by car or taxi. Service is exceptional!
