The renovation was good enough, the staffs were very nice, the room had a nice view, and the Onsen was super clean and efficient. But I wonder what happened to the porter service. When we checked out, I could not find anyone helped our luggages.

出張で宿泊したので、あまりゆっくりできず残念でした。部屋は広く、ライトアップされた琵琶湖花噴水がテラスから見えて、その向こうに広がる夜景も綺麗でした。 環境保全の観点からプラスティック製のアメニティは排除されているので、ヘアキャップやブラシ、歯ブラシなどは持参することをおすすめします。

琵琶湖が目の前の眺めも、お風呂も最高でした。ただ、女性用のサウナはなぜミストなのでしょうか？ドライにしてほしいです。またインルームダイニングがないのも残念でした。一部テイクアウトできますが､一番欲しかったのは朝食です。混んだ朝食会場で食べるより、眺めのいい自室でゆったり食べたいです。 とにかく琵琶湖ビューのお部屋が最高過ぎて、次に行くときにはもう部屋から出ないで一日ゴロゴロしたいくらいに気に入りました。 ホテル内のレストランもとても美味しかったです。ぜひ再訪したいです。
