We stood 4 nights at Rota Suites, it was walkable to the train station, about 7-8 minutes. Clean, modern rooms. Staff was helpful and courteous. There is a laundromat next door, also several dinner options just minutes away. Away from the hustle of the main strip but just a block away. Worked for us.

The people were extremely helpful, directing us to an awesome beach experience. The room was perfect for our family of four. The sunsets were amazing and the small refrigerator was great for keeping our Prosecco cold. It’s just outside the town square, with a great restaurant around the corner & a short walk to a grocery store. My family all agreed, we will definitely stay here again.

Nice but…

Location is wonderful, staff, when there, were friendly and helpful. However, the room was dirty, and you have to call the front desk (when they are there) to change the room temperature, which made for one warm night and two cold nights since nobody was there after hours to change the temperature.

The service on this suite was fantastic! The second we walkted in we where welcomed by a very nice lady. She walked us up to our room and showed us everything we needed to know about our stay. The room was big, with both a shower and a bathtub, and also we had TWO balconys. Location was perfect for our interests and they were very helpful with information about the city. We will definitly come back. Thank you so much!

The apartment was clean, it’s modern and it has almost everything you need in the kitchen, expect they don’t give you salt or pepper or a sponge to wash dishes so you pretty much have to buy EVERYTHING. It’s very noisy you can literally hear the people in the apartment next door, the luggage rolling, the phone ringing, everything!! So it’s hard to sleep in the morning if people are getting ready to leave or go to tours. The temperature of the AC it’s controlled by the lobby so if they are not there you can’t change it. It wasn’t that close to the center you have to walk like 15-20 min to shops and restaurants.

This property was very spacious and close to many cafes and restaurants and a quick walk to Marina Grande. The staff was helpful and spoke English. We did have an ant problem, which once we informed the staff, they came and took care of it. We were told the trash would be taken out daily, but can't say that was the case for us. However, it was a very affordable option and served its purpose for us.

We checked out in the morning at 10 am, and we left our luggages at the front desk. We agreed that we will come back to take them in the afternoon around 14:30 or before 15:00, she said no problem and there is always a person at the front desk this afternoon. But after when we arrived there at 14:50, no body was there and we called and messaged them, no answer… we waited more than 20 minutes, finally we found a person( a worker from a beauty shop) has the right number of a manager, in the end we got our luggages, and we missed our train, but we were lucky the train from Napoli to Milan was 30 minutes delayed.
